3. Consultant Role

Pathfinder Realty Solutions acts solely as an advisor and does not assume the role of a buyer, seller, or legal representative in any transaction. All transactions are the responsibility of the involved parties.

4. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay consultancy fees as agreed upon during the service agreement, either as a fixed fee or a percentage of the transaction.
- Fees must be paid in full upon service completion unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- All taxes, including GST, shall be borne by the client as per Indian law.

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information shared during the consultancy, including property details, personal client information, and contract terms, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pathfinder Realty Solutions will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services, including missed opportunities or changes in market conditions. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before entering into any property transaction.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the regulations related to real estate transactions and property laws as per Indian jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through arbitration only in Bangalore, India, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
